Q What guarantee do I have that assures me I will get my order from you since I have to pay in advance?What happens if the products you shipped are wrong or poorly made?

A We have been in metal crafts and Gifts business over 10 years. We do full inspection before shipment, and if there is any quality problem after shipment, we also have keeping samples in hand, if it is our problem, we will take responsibility, what we want with all our customer is long term cooperation and a good reputation in this line.
Q Could you accept Sample order?

A Yes, sample order is welcome.
Q Is there quality control on all production lines?

A Yes, all production lines will be equipped with a QC. 100% inspection before packing,Spot inspection before shipment.
Q What is your Payment term?

A 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment.
Q How to order?
